Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fence SA. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read our refund and returns policy below for more information.

Refunds:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items are non-returnable, including custom-made products, special orders, and clearance items. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Entire Agreement:

This refund and returns policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fence SA regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Fence SA.

Waiver and Severability:

The failure of Fence SA to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this refund and returns policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this refund and returns policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of this refund and returns policy will continue in full force and effect.
